High quality standards ensure that FAUN products are extremely durable and cost-effective.
FAUN Quality Policy
This policy confirms our commitment at FAUN to meeting the quality standards expected by our customers, and applies to all areas of the organisation.
In implementing this policy the company shall focus on the needs of the business with particular reference to consistently meeting our customers requirements, considering Quality, Cost, Delivery and Statutory Obligations.
The Quality Management System has been assessed and certified in accordance to the requirements of BS EN ISO9001:2000. and is the prime tool in achieving best practice across the organisation, providing the mechanisms for detecting shortfalls and for stimulating continuous process improvements.
FAUN has the procedures and disciplines to ensure that:
- company-wide objectives are set, related to customer requirements and the needs of the business;
- the system is effectively implemented through relevant skills and quality awareness training;
- responsibilities for quality are established by communicating clearly to all employees;
- the policy and procedures continue to be appropriate through regular management reviews, to check effectiveness and ongoing relevance;
- the company regularly reviews the needs and expectations of our customers and initiates continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to meet those expectations.
