Spare Parts Provision - Two systems of spares provision:
- Deployment cache: A list of critical spares is issued and it is suggested that these are purchased and kept by the end user at their convenience.
- Off the Shelf: a full inventory of all spares (excluding fabricated steelwork) is kept and can be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order
