Marketing Coordinator Vacancy
We are searching for a self-motivated individual to join our passionate team based in our head office on the Isle of Anglesey.

As an organised multitasker with an enthusiasm to develop your knowledge through marketing qualifications, you will have prior experience in project management and a keen interest in copywriting, graphic design, website management and social media.
As part of the marketing team, you will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives to drive the business forward.
Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy;
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes and content;
Provide market research, competitive analyses, and consumer trends;
Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars;
Drive the business forward through various marketing campaigns.
Manage the planning, implementation and follow-up of global exhibitions, product demonstrations and events; attending when required;
Create, update and distribute literature, presentations and manuals through an array of software including Adobe In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator;
Manage the stock of promotional items and literature, including stock taking and placing orders, in line with the annual budget;
Manage and develop the online presence of the company through websites, third party listings, PPC, SEO and social media;
Execute the Public Relations plan, including sponsorship, drafting and distributing press releases, and liaising with journalists / editors, and other media;
Take and edit product stills and video for promotional purposes;
Prepare marketing progress reports;
Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape;
Support the Head of Marketing in evaluating and establishing annual marketing plans, strategies and budgets by reviewing previous marketing efforts;
Enhance communications with stakeholders, including global representatives, suppliers, and media.
Qualifications and Experience
Educated to degree level or equivalent;
Minimum three years’ commercial experience;
Sales and Marketing background/education;
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite;
Experience in project management.
