The Marketing Coordinator must be an organised multitasker, with an interest to develop their knowledge and skills through qualifications and courses.

A key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams, the creative individual will have a passion for marketing, assisting in the development and implementation of the Company’s brand strategy, and ensuring all marketing efforts serve to achieve business objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will be an important link between Sales, Marketing and the End User, and possess the drive and enthusiasm to market on an international scale.

The nature of the position will require flexibility with regard to hours of work.

Key Tasks

  • Assist with the planning, implementation and follow-up of Global exhibitions, product demonstrations and events; attending when required;
  • Create, update, proofread and distribute literature, sales presentations and manuals, ensuring consistent tone of voice and branding;
  • Stock take and place orders of marketing assets, in line with the annual budget;
  • Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour and the competitive landscape;
  • Support the Head of Marketing in evaluation and establishing annual marketing plans, strategies and budgets;
  • Assist in the development of the online presence of the Company through websites, third party listings, PPC, SEO and social media;
  • Assist with the execution of the Public Relations plan, including sponsorship, drafting and distributing press releases, and liaising with media;
  • Enhance communications with Stakeholders, including Global Representatives, suppliers and media;
  • Provide support and administration to the Sales team and Global Representatives across all business sectors;
  • Manage the production and delivery of accurate quotations, tender documents and Sales documentation in a professional and timely manner;
  • Monitor third party websites for tender releases;
  • Process and maintain Global Representative agreements, and other contracts / paperwork between the Company and third parties;
  • Maintain and monitor the CRM System;
  • Manage customer details and sales opportunities in line with the Privacy Policy.


  • National and International travel will be required occasionally;
  • Carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by Management;
  • Valid driving licence and Passport. Ability to get Visas.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent;
  • Excellent IT skills;
  • Marketing: 2 years' experience (Preferred)
